Who do we share your data with

We do apply Google Analytics to monitor general traffic on the website with ability to see what pages at what times of a day where visited for how long. This includes information about used web browser, screen resolution, originating link from which the visitor come to our page and IP address, search key phrase and other. This service is not part of the website itself and is provided automatically by our website hosting service provider. This provider stores the analytical information in their database.

How long we keep your data

We do not allow for placing comments or create account and log in our website and so we do not collect any related cookies.

Where do we send your data to?

We do not collect any comments to the content of our website and we do not share any personal data with third parties.

Seminar Registration and Invoicing

In connection with registration for seminars organised by us, Jaguar – Advanced Planning Services EU, s.r.o., Company ID No. 014 27 393, with its registered office at U Krematoria 1169, 530 02 Pardubice, Czech Republic, processes personal data as the data controller. The data processed may include, in particular, the participant’s first and last name, contact details, company name, and information required to issue an invoice or other tax document.

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

receiving and processing registration for the selected seminar;
communicating information concerning the organisation and delivery of the seminar;
maintaining attendance records;
issuing and recording invoices;
complying with related accounting and tax obligations.

The legal basis for processing is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and performing a contract concerning participation in the seminar. We also process invoicing and accounting information in order to comply with obligations imposed by applicable laws. Therefore, separate consent from the participant is not required for this processing.

Providing the information marked as mandatory in the registration form is necessary to complete the registration and issue an invoice. Without this information, we may not be able to process the seminar registration properly.

We do not use personal data to send marketing communications or for any purposes unrelated to seminar registration, organisation, delivery, and invoicing.

We do not disclose personal data to other independent data controllers for their own commercial or marketing purposes. Personal data may be accessed only by authorised persons acting on behalf of the data controller and, where necessary, by vetted providers of technical, accounting, or IT services. Such providers process personal data solely in accordance with our instructions and are contractually obliged to protect it. Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by applicable law.

We retain information relating to seminar registration only for as long as necessary to organise and deliver the seminar and to establish, exercise, or defend related legal claims. Invoicing and accounting information is retained for the period required under applicable accounting and tax laws. Once the relevant retention period has expired, the personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in connection with this processing.

To the extent provided by applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
