Workshop Refund Policy

Up to 30 days before the scheduled workshop date – registrants for workshops may request a full refund of their registration less applicable $50 handling fee. This amount will be credited back to their credit card used during the registration and payment process.

Within 14 days of (and up to 48 hours before) the scheduled workshop date – registrants may request a partial (50%) refund of the workshop fees less applicable credit card fees of $10.

OR (based on customer’s preference)

The full refund value in the form of a non-refundable exchange voucher valid for any future workshop registration. This exchange voucher will be good for up to one year from the date of the original workshop for which the registration was made.

Please note:

No refunds will be awarded within 24 hours of the Scheduled Workshop. Jaguar Advanced Planning Services Inc. will stop taking registrations twenty-four hours before the scheduled time of the workshop.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Jaguar Advanced Planning Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel its events.

In the event that Jaguar Advanced Planning Services Inc. elects to cancel any workshop because the minimum number of registrations was not met, or for any other reason, the company will refund the entire amount of the registration fees to the registrant within seven days of such cancellation.

Jaguar Advanced Planning Services Inc. takes pride in providing a reliable service to our customers, however, cancellation of any scheduled event may be unavoidable. In all cases involving workshop cancellation, our liability is limited to the registration fees paid by the registrant. In no event, will Jaguar Advanced Planning Services Inc. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages that may accrue to the registrant due to such cancellation, including any transportation charges for remote registrants, non-refundable reservations and/or any other arrangements which are at the sole discretion of the registrant.
